What we collect when you register, why, and how long we keep it.
Registration collects your name, email, organisation, role and country. We use it to issue your pass, to allocate bilateral meetings, and to send summit logistics. We do not sell it.
Sponsors receive lead data only for delegates who scan into their booth or session, and only the fields shown to you at the point of scanning. You can decline a scan.
Plenary sessions are filmed and photographed, and delegates appear in that footage. Tell us at registration if you need to be excluded and we will brief the crew.
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by email. We retain registration records for two editions and then delete them.
