Code of conduct
What we expect of everyone in the building, and what we do when it is not met.
The summit is a professional environment. We expect every delegate, speaker, exhibitor, volunteer and member of staff to be treated with respect regardless of nationality, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or seniority.
Harassment is not tolerated. This includes unwelcome attention, intimidation, slurs, deliberate misgendering, unwanted photography, and disruption of sessions. It applies on the floor, in bilateral rooms, at receptions, and in the event's online channels.
Sessions designated under the Chatham House Rule may be quoted but never attributed. Recording or publishing an attributable account of such a session is a breach of this code.
Report a concern to any member of staff wearing a summit lanyard, or by email. Reports are handled confidentially by the organising team, who may issue a warning, revoke accreditation, or remove a person from the venue without refund.
