FAQ
Questions we get asked.
What does a delegate pass include?
All plenaries and track sessions, the expo floor, both networking receptions, and the bilateral meeting booking system. Workshops are included but capacity-limited, so book them when you register.
Is the summit free to attend?
Delegate registration is free. Bilateral meeting rooms, expo booths and sponsorship are paid, and the hackathon has a separate free application.
Can I attend online?
Plenary sessions are streamed live and recorded. Track sessions under the Chatham House Rule are neither streamed nor recorded.
How do I propose a session?
Submit a proposal through the speakers page before 30 November. We prioritise operators describing a live deal or a shipped programme over general commentary.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. After registration you can request an invitation letter for a visa application. We cannot influence the outcome, so apply early.
What is the recording and press policy?
Plenaries are on the record and filmed. Sessions marked Chatham House Rule are unattributable, and press are asked to respect that designation.
