A 48-hour build across three corridor problems, judged by the people who would deploy the result.
The hackathon runs alongside the summit and finishes on the main stage. It is open to developers, data scientists and product people from anywhere, with travel support for a limited number of participants.
Three tracks: cross-border payments reconciliation, logistics visibility across customs borders, and agricultural yield data for smallholder finance. Each track ships with a real dataset and a named mentor from an organisation working that problem.
Judging weights a working deployment over a polished demo. Teams present for five minutes on day two, and the winning team in each track gets a pilot conversation with the track partner — not a cheque and a handshake.
